Abri\u00f3 varios restaurantes junto a su padre, destac\u00f3 el chef nicarag\u00fcense Michael Cord\u00faa; tambi\u00e9n se combinaron para escribir y publicar El libro de cocina de Cord\u00faa en 2013.
