After moving to Houston\, she brought her bold and unapologetic approach to Thai cooking to life through Street to Kitchen\, now recognized nationally as one of America’s standout Thai restaurants. \nIn 2023\, Chef Benchawan won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Texas\, becoming the first Thai chef and first woman to receive the honor. Street to Kitchen has also been recognized by Michelin Bib Gourmand\, The New York Times\, and Eater. \nGuests will enjoy a special 5-course tasting menu available throughout dinner service from 5PM–10PM. Optional wine pairings will also be available.
